(“Majestic Capital”) (NASDAQ:MAJC - News), announced today that John Hernandez has been named one of the most influential people in the California Workers’ Compensation Industry. He was one of only six executives from workers’ compensation insurance carriers to make the list.
The finalists and winners were chosen by the editors; J. Dale Debber, Brad Cain, and Bess Shapiro of Workers' Comp Executive. Finalists were selected based upon the impact each influential individual had on the industry for 2010.
The nominees came from across the industry, including: Defense and Applicant Attorneys; Actuaries; Brokers; Carrier Executives; Claims Executives; Employers; Political and Regulatory Figures; Labor; Legislators; Lobbyists; Medical Personnel; Research Analysts; and leaders from the Self Insured community.
